My philosophy on real estate is that I am here to help two parties (buyer and seller) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headaches. I am also an advocate for my clients – my job is to obtain the best price, terms and conditions for them, a commitment I take very seriously.
The sale or purchase of your home is as important to me as it is to you.
I became passionate about real estate when my dad decided he wanted to flip houses after an afternoon of watching HGTV. Since we both had limited experience in the industry, I completed the real estate broker certification – and just loved it. Which was lucky for me, because after all that effort, my dad decided he was “too old” for house flipping...
It’s been about 10 years since then, and I was lucky enough to get my start when the market was hot – homes were selling like pancakes in 2008. Since around 2012, however, the market has become much tougher, so I have taken full advantage of my technology background to focus on online marketing campaigns which have proved very successful for my clients.
I know that buying or selling property can be a very emotional experience – or strictly a business transaction – and my years as a broker have enabled me to deal with various situations and be well prepared for them. As well, since real estate transactions are far more satisfying to all parties when the process is a pleasant experience for everyone, I operate with a collaborative attitude towards my colleagues in the industry.
